here's the latest i've gathered from our few and far between phone conversations...
he worked out and hardly ate. once he went on a long walk late at night and called the cops on a guy that he thought was following him (hahaha) and he did the master cleanse for a really long time. oh and i'm pretty sure he's been babbling an awful lot about human potential/consciousness blahblahblah --- but that has little to do with what we're here for....SO
